Latest Software and i-Smart Mg4 EV?

I requested the dealership to update before giving it to me... And in one option i noticed the last "attempt" was in 2021... And they say this car is model 2025... Doesn't make sense?

Then i tried to connect MG i-smart and bind... And doesnt connect. Gives an error to try again.

Is this depending on the country? Im from Ecuador... and i get errors and dealership doesnt answer about this...

Dont know if i have the latest software.

Any ideas?
