Is it normally that the loading flap doesn't close completely?
It seems to be a little open, when the flap is fold down.

Thanks for helping posts

I assume you mean the charging point flap in the front grille. When you slide it down, you have to then press it in using your hand on the MG badge for it to lock in place. It then sits flush with the rest of the grille.

Make sure the rubber bungs are pushed fully in
Put the bottom one on first then the top one. The manual seems to indicate to do it the other way round, it says,"(slow/fast charge socket cover first)" which is wrong, that leaves the bottom one sticking out.

I think he means the tailgate!!!!
Flap :ROFLMAO:

If you mean the tailgate there are a couple of adjustable rubber bungs that you can screw in or out to improve fit. This may help. I don‘t know of any tailgate issues on the ZS though.

I passed another mg zs going other way last week ,must have being doing at least 50 . National speed limit road. His front charging port fully opened up.It was either broken or he was blind.I don't think you could not see it !.
At least it looks like the flap has strong hinges ?

I have to admit to doing this! (twice so far, with bungs akimbo flapping around too!) You actually can't easily see it in the up position whilst driving.

I could have swore you could see it from driving seat as it's above bonnet line.I can just see it.
Looking Iike i will have that experience too of leaving it open to look forward to ?

He could also meet the pull boot cover there is a small gap between the back seat and the holder for the slide cover.

The boot cover on the ZS is a solid piece, AKA parcel shelf.

It does not on our MG , it still pops out about 10mm away from the rest of the grill ! I feel it should lock into place ?? Any suggestions please ?

A bit of silicone grease spray on the latch.

Check both bungs are pushed fully in and in the correct order.
