Map Issue

Map Issues - I have a Mk2 LR TC but for the last week the map has not moved. I have tried logging out then back in, resetting head unit setting navigation but nothing is working. Maybe coincidentally, but the app is showing unable to get vehicle’s gps. Has anyone experienced the same issue and if so, how was it resolved? I have also checked dead reckoning and it is off.

If the car can't get the GPS satellite then it doesn't know where it is or if it's moving. Sounds like a trip to the dealership to me.
