MG 4 lux phase 2 display layer

Hello everyone

I searched for anything similar but couldn't find any reference or similar case

My MG 4 is one month old and I noticed the main display has a layer which seems to be seperating from the screen

Its not the thin film which was already removed.
I assumed it's a screen protector, feels like plastic

has anyone seen it before? Is it a screen protector/ anti glare?

It could be a screen protector - it could also be the surface layer of the screen delaminating.

I would take that back to the dealer and get them to look at it - I wouldn't risk "peeling" it myself.

Told they don't know and will consult the manufacturer , also have no spare displays at the moment.
It was the weirdest experience ever.

You were right, the layer started seperating.
btw the 'damage ' is after they've attempted to peel it.

wonder what might caused it since the car is brand new.

and still no spare parts :/
