Mg app with multiple mail addresses

Hi all
I want to use control of charging my MG4 with app MG for Android.
It works fine...but when my wife wanted to use thé app on her phone...it disconnected my session ( on my phone).

Unable to use this car for multiple users and ses them controling charging times.
Unable to use 2 différent adresses on the same car.
Even renault or tesla give this way usine the app.
Have anyone a way to succeed for such issue?

You can only have one phone logged into the cars account at a time and although another phone can log into the account using the same login details it will log the other phone out.

I knew that... I Just wonder if there is an alternate way to get rid of this issue.


Just same as maps android bug... just launch Google map prior to plugging in your Phone and no more Black screen.

Juste looking for that: alternative.

I have the same issue but when my wife tried she could not pair her phone with the MG app, I was not using the app at the time - what do we need to do so she can use the app as well?

I had the same needong and here is the way to have such behavior:

Just create a second user fir your wife without any car attached .
Go to your phone , with your account and give rights to your wife s account and that is done.
Tell me if succéded.
