Just looking at the ohme app, I am trying to understand how exactly you schedule the smart charging and how you get it to just auto top up to a set level.

On the app it says set how much you want to top up by does not seem tobe able to say top up to say 90% or 80% or 100% ? Just wondering if I have to calculate it each time ? thanks Ade

Yes you will need to calculate it each time, Ohme doesn't integrate with the MG app (so far) so Ohme can't read how full your battery is. When I had my Octavia the Ohme did integrate but wasn't very consistent or reliable and I believe Skoda have since blocked third party access because it was overloading their servers anyway.

Yes calculate your required additional amount of charge each time.

you live and learn I thought all evs now would have a plug and play config, and simply calculate itself, so if battery says at 50% what % do people suggest for the additional 50% or maybe 45% ? and if I said 45% as capacity is 75 kWh, would the energy consumption be exactly 45% of 75 kWh so about 33.75 kWh ?
