MG IM5/6

I think they're aiming at the premium brand market with these cars such as Genesis, BMW, Audi and Mercedes etc., so look reasonably competive to those brands IMHO. They look pretty premium inside to me (and fast !!)

Agreed.
IM will be to MG as Lexus is to Toyota.

Just found some specs, looks very fast.

Bugger can't get it to format with all the data lining up. Looks fine in edit mode but reverts back to stupid once saved.

Edit moderator: My attempt using the "Insert Table" feature:

Drive TrainRWDAWD
Driving Range: NEDC Combined Cycle (km) *1755625
Driving Range: WLTP Combined Cycle (km) *1655575

Top Speed (kph) *1220240
Motor Maximum Power (kW) 300200 + 372 (Front+Rear)
Motor Maximum Torque (Nm) 500302 + 500

Now with "code" feature:
Code:

Looks like the least awkward way would be to copy to clipboard from the original source, then paste into an editor like Notepad that uses fixed width characters, line everything up, then copy and paste into the forum editor between code tags.
Looks like the 75kwh battery, 291bhp, top speed 125 (mph) with very similar spec to the more expensive models will be my choice, super luxury car for under 40k.
Shame that only the base IM5 creeps in under the "£40k = Luxury" car tax limit.
But the 75kwh version appears to be similar specs to the more expensive models, the figures stack up nicely to me as a UK pensioner past mid 70's, I can afford the extra car tax, but determined NOT to pay it!
