The MG IM5 is a premium electric saloon that extends MG’s UK EV lineup into the executive segment, offering advanced technology, impressive performance, and competitive pricing. It is available in three trims: Standard, Long Range, and Performance.

“IM” is a premium electric‑vehicle sub‑brand launched in December 2020 by SAIC Motor (MG’s Chinese parent), together with Alibaba and Zhangjiang Hi‑Tech. The name stands for “Intelligence in Motion” (or “Intelligent Mobility”).

MG IM5 UK Trim Levels & Key Features

1. Standard (75kWh) – from £39,450

• Rear-wheel drive with a 217kW motor
• WLTP range: up to 407 miles
• 0–62 mph in approximately 6.8 seconds
• 400V architecture with 153kW DC fast charging
• 19-inch alloy wheels
• Panoramic sunroof and 20-speaker premium audio system
• Dual-screen setup: 26.3” infotainment and 10.5” touchscreen
• ADAS suite including adaptive cruise control and lane-keep assist

2. Long Range (100kWh) – from £44,995

• Rear-wheel drive with a 300kW motor
• WLTP range: up to 442 miles
• 0–62 mph in approximately 4.6 seconds
• 800V architecture enabling 10–80% charge in 17 minutes at up to 392kW
• 20-inch alloy wheels
• Rear-wheel steering for enhanced maneuverability
• Advanced parking assistance features

3. Performance (100kWh AWD) – from £48,495

• Dual-motor all-wheel drive producing a combined 767bhp
• 0–62 mph in 3.2 seconds
• WLTP range: approximately 357 miles
• 800V architecture with rapid charging capabilities
• Enhanced chassis dynamics and digital driving modes
• Additional performance-oriented features

I'm assuming it is open for pre-orders for the cars. European reviewers haven't been given any yet and they've only seem them in static display at the Goodwood launch.

There are reviews of the IM L6 in China which is essentially the same car, though there will be local differences for the export versions.
