The MG IM5 is a premium electric saloon that extends MG’s UK EV lineup into the executive segment, offering advanced technology, impressive performance, and competitive pricing. It is available in three trims: Standard, Long Range, and Performance.
“IM” is a premium electric‑vehicle sub‑brand launched in December 2020 by SAIC Motor (MG’s Chinese parent), together with Alibaba and Zhangjiang Hi‑Tech. The name stands for “Intelligence in Motion” (or “Intelligent Mobility”).
