Hi Don. A quick one. Car is constantly losing the privacy agreement. Every time I get in I have to accept all again.
Any ideas?

I’ve not had that problem at all, did they help you to set it all up at the dealership ? You could try a hard reset but I’m not sure if that will work, failing that delete yourself and go through set-up again ( bit of a pain but may sort it).

Yes it was set up at the dealership.
I will check it again tomorrow morning see if it asks again.
You know that screen where you have to accept privacy settings for navigation etc which is supposed to be a 24 months agreement. This is the one that I have to tick all four every time.
 
Mine was done at the dealership and if I’m honest I can’t remember doing that ! I’ll check mine tomorrow and make sure it’s all ok !!!!

Mine did when I picked it up. You need to create an account, once linked to your email the car will stop forgetting.

I have my email in the app account settings. Pin and biometrics included.
Is this what you mean?
When you link it to the car, the same account should be logged in in the car. When you go to the accounts in the infotainment you should see your email there as well. Maybe the link has gone wrong?
 
I may have to unbind it from the app and bind it again. I will wait for your update and do accordingly.

Just checked my car Nik, can confirm my set up is complete and all sections are ok. Did you remember to tick the “ I have read and agree “ bit ? ( at the top of the page).

When you link it to the car, the same account should be logged in in the car. When you go to the accounts in the infotainment you should see your email there as well. Maybe the link has gone wrong?
No idea where you find this - can you confirm please, just spent 5 mins looking and can’t find an accounts section or email. - just found an account section from the top screen via the nav, click the cog at the top and it brings up account details. Mine just says account is ismart !

Every time I walk in the car it asks me to do the 'I have read and agree' again. It is like it is not getting saved.
And after that I have to accept the individual agreements for navigation and so on.

I may have to rebind...
 
Just check that when you have to accept that you have a good internet connection. It could be that you are in a bad reception area. You could connect your car to your home wifi before accepting everything to ensure the data is transmitted ( worth a try)

I just hope this will not end up being a trip to the dealer.
On a positive note I am attaching a photo of the interior. I am so glad I went for the white interior since it is more ivory than anything else and looks great.

Looks superb, I was tempted with the white for my grey car but went for grey inside as I was worried about keeping it clean ( proud owner of a totally mad Cockerpoo) 🤣

If I remember Nik you had ordered White exterior with the ivory interior? I also ordered the same approx 3 weeks ago but was doubting if made the correct choice.
 
indeed it is white on white. Apologies; first time back in the office after being off for an operation. Got the car yesterday and silly as it sounds I just didn't have a spare moment to take some proper photos, considering the rain too...
Will make up for it tomorrow :)

As for the biding I will try again when I go home and have proper wifi. Hope it works....
