MG Marvel R asking for login

MG Marvel R asking for login, entered correct username and password(provided by seller) but got some error saying not able to connect to network. The car was imported from China. How to solve or reset/remove the login.

I purchased a second hand MArvel R in France (and vehicule from France too), and I'm unable to get it working, similar to you, I created an MG Account on the app, when I scan the big QR code it is recognized on the app and ask me to confim clicking on "login" on the IOS app, when I click on login the QR code disapears (wich means it's more or less working), but still showing old informations (such as contact and telephone), and the vehicule doesn't shows in the app, meaning I can't control it.

Looks like the car is still bound to the previous owner. I had the same issue but luckily I was able to contact them and they deregistered and I was then able to bind mine. If you do not know the previous owner you will have to visit a dealer who can unbind the car for you.
