MG Portugal Customer Service (Not)

I bought my MG ZS EV LR in Portugal from Fiaal Faro. I am satisfied with the dealer but am amazed by the appalling MG Motor Portugal customer service. I have tried to ask them questions twice by email. On the first occasion it took two reminders at 2 week intervals to get any reaction. Currently, my second question has remained unanswered for 6 weeks after multiple reminders. To be clear, no reaction at all. While satisfied with the car, I would on this basis not buy another MG.
