Good news for Australian buyers and owners! This can be quite a big deal for many prospective purchasers.

Great news. The Australian test seems to rely on the 2019 Euro NCAP test. BTW Euro NCAP got harder to get 5 stars in 2020 so not sure the MG ZS EV would necessarily get 5* now. Still though the MG ZS EV feels safe.
