mg zs ev charging issue

hi all. i have an elvi ev-box charger at home. it just stopped charging the car yesterday. connected but not charging displayed. the car does grab the cable when i lock as normal but the charge wont start. checked everything i could. all is in order. even the contactors in the fuse box. all is good. i am sure it is not the car as i can charge on public charger and i can charge at home with granny charger. does any one know of anything else it may be. would disconnecting the 12v battery do anything ?? someone mentioned it to me. thanks for any info

If your car charges ok on a rapid DC charger, a AC type fast EVSE and the granny then I can't see how the car can be at fault, have you tried turning your wall box off for 15 minutes?
