MG ZS EV Granny charger not charging

My MG supplied 3pin charger will not charge unless my traction battery is well below 7/8 (say 90%) full charge. Had the car over a year now & don't recall the problem.
Is this normal or Is the charger or something in the car deteriorating?

Is it actually stopping or just going really slow from that 90% mark?

It never starts ie. green light just keeps flashing.
Its been fully charged ok from say 60% then driven for maybe 15-20 mls then won't charge.

Have you tried it on a 7kW EVSE?
The granny should charge well over 100% as it will battery balance if required.

I guess something gone wrong. You should try another granny first, but if the same it must be the onboard charging system.
