MG ZS EV what is the best app for my mobile phone to find the nearest Type 2 charge point

Zapmap for me is superior to almost anything. If you get the premium version it lets you use it in Android Auto as your main navigation. Of course, you get real time updates regarding the location of chargers, number of chargers in use etc. Of course you can use the free version but that does not allow you to run it in AA.

I thought I can only use a type 2 charger for my car
Look at the charge point. It will probably look like this:

If it does it will connect to a CCS charger as well

Hi
You can use CCS to charge you car, there two post below showing the old and updated car front. Down load the Tesla app and set up account and card for payment. You have a Tesla open to all at the address below 49p to 52p per kilowatt·hour.

Langston road

Have you actually charged at a Supercharger hub? Tried numerous times the other day, each time charger indicated car, a 2023 ZS EV LR, was not 'authorised'.

If you have a '23' car you will almost certainly need the MG free software upgrade to allow you to charge at an open Tesla charge site. The update is free but some dealers might want to charge you for the installation. So check with your dealer on this. If your car is coming up for service most dealers will install the update along with other software updates for free. But again check this. Different dealers seem to have differing policies on this.

I have charged at two supercharger and I think you gone to a non open to all. Go Tesla web site then look find charger then you get the UK map, on the left side there there is square with slides in it, close most of them and open the one that says open to non Tesla and the will they be the one you can use.
You can down load the Tesla app put you car details and bank details in and that will only show the ones you can use.
I did ask that the software to use the Tesla chargers was on my car at purchase, the nearest one to you is at IP2 8NW but it not the cheapest. 1 more is IP1 5qp and is 17p cheaper at 52p per kilowatt·hour. If you can not change at these two you need software up date.
