MG ZSEV no longer connecting to pulsar plus

Hi up to about a week ago my MG was connecting fine to my Wallbox. Both scheduled and straight charging. Now however when I try scheduled it hasn’t worked and the app says waiting for car demand. When I try to just put it on to charge it starts to charge for a minute or two then either disconnects or the Wallbox goes red. Able to use the public charger no problem. Anyone any ideas
 
Have you added any ethernet boosters recently I have heard this can cause problems as they send signals round your main cables and confuse the car or charge
And they say smart is better ?
 
I’ll give the contact cleaner a try thanks. Nothing else installed to the charger. Did send an email to Wallbox and pretty quickly got 3 missed calls from them and when finally talked to them they seem very keen to send the installation company out straight away to fix and probably replace the box. Don’t know if there is some underlying issue with the box or maybe just very good customer service. We’ll see

If they are that keen, it usually means it's a known issue that someone has complained about and needs remedying.
 
Any update you may like to provide? I am experiencing same problem. My Wallbox firmware is 5.7.18. Did the replacement of your Wallbox fix the issue?
