Hi, i checked my car SOH with CarScanner app. Its reporting 98.2% after 6.2k miles (10,000 km).

As i saw here at this milage most of the cars still have 100% (except in the zs ev forum). My guess is that my car was at storage at 100% in 40°C for several months at the dealer before i bought the car.

Can you please share your SOH and milage? (NMC battery)

Have a look at the podcast from the other evening...

There are some excellent discussions by @tsedge @leomindel @Miles Roberts CG
... in short there isn't a standard method to measure SoH, so whatever you get is an interpretation at that instant in time. Mine is an LFP, but it varies between 95-97% over the past 23 months with car scanner (which ties in with what the energy consumption display gives me on a full to 10% discharge, which was 44kWh on a 51kWh battery (the other day after a long trip)- if my crude maths is correct, I get 95.8% SoH)

So, if I understood after the app gave you 95% you also got 97% after that on a different day?

Go to settings-> Connection profile-> MG -> MG4 (its marked as experimental profile)

It should work with ELM327. If it's work for you please post your SOH ?

So, What I get now.
SOC in car 83%, SoC Display 78,6% and SOC 77,1%

I'm so confused...

Car Scanner said my SOH is 99%, dealer 97,5% during the first service 1 month ago...

The soc difference is also at mine. I don't know why. But looks like the SOH in the scanner is correct.

I verified it by resetting the trip data. After you reset the main trip data the GOM (estimated kilometers) should go back to WLTP data minus the degradation %. (At normal mode, with no A/C.

That's mean that if the WLTP range is 435KM, at the GOM at full charge you should get 430-431km (or 356km at 83%). (You can check on the charging limit scroll after reset) i am getting 426KM which is 435 - 2%, but half the mileage of yours.

Thanks @BingBong
I'll perform some check every other day to have a sample to compare.

I'm my MG4, the charging limit scroll is bigger than the real range, every time.

I'll try to charge at 100% and reset the main trip to tell you what I have but so far, I don't have the feeling that I have less range that I when I got the car one year ago.

I have an MG4 Luxury with a 64 kWh battery, purchased in May 2023.
I only charge at home (max 7.2 kW), I never used a DC fast charger.
I received the attached report after the year 2 check (at 19.311 km), SOH: 99% (see page 47).
If somebody finds other interesting info in this 82 page report, please let us know!

Abrp is telling me that my 64kwh mg4 trophy 2023 with 30k Kms has SOH of 98.2%. That's with 95% home charging at 7.2kw and the odd public fast charge on hols.
