Saw 2 X powers being delivered to Glyn Hopkin East London 1st thin g this morning.
pretty sure that they're customer cars as I think they already have a demonstrator .
1x green
1x grey

Easily done! I seem to occasionally be posting the same post twice!
But will blame my over-sensitive touch screen. (Not the fact that I really should wear my reading glasses at all times when trying to write anything!)

Well holy shit, it still doesn’t feel real but I’ve spent a decent part of the day pootling about on errands (and a little of it blasting past dawdlers ?) and it’s just what I wanted. Sensible and easy to drive but zero to crazy in no time. Put it on granny charger to get it back to 80 as I’d depleted it to 64 (from 100 that the dealer kindly charged it to)
It’s just unreal having that power to spin the earth backwards when you press the go pedal.

OK I promise I’ll shut up after this but I figured it was funny enough to be worth posting. Allegedly it was the first xpower they’d handed to a customer but I really suspect it was because the salesman knew his colleagues wouldn’t believe him that the big ginger guys outfit matched the car, despite the car being Volcano Orange ?

I ordered a red Xpower on 10th July and quoted approx Nov by penton mg salisbury

It actually arrived a lot earlier! Wednesday 27th sept

Ordered my green Xpower on 1 September (in Beaconsfield). Email confirmation gave the estimated delivery date as 4 October but the dealer had already told me lead times are 3-4 months.

He said when the ship from China arrives at Bristol they go down the order list and allocate vehicles to customers. If anyone has cancelled their order you get bumped up. He also said distribution within the UK means waiting for trucks to fill, so if you’re unlucky that can mean a delay.
