Could have just got the wheels powder coated but it’s an ordeal with tyres off tyre sensor out etc etc and no wheels for my car for days .

jack paint and stuff cost me $ 200 aud and my labour maybe not an amazing job but looks pretty good and does the job

I grown an passion for orange things my IPhone 17 pro I’m typing this on is YES cosmic orange

I’ve recently bought these..

And a few other orange items even a orange foldable keyboard

That stuff aside it does look really good with the all black now and just the orange caliper coves sticking out more ..

Had a few moment to look at my car as I’m driving past some reflective windows yesterday afternoon and yeah looks 100 times better with full black and just the orange calipers showing

A lot of people on these forums have been seeing me carry on about lowering the car eventually for over a year now ..

Probably taking bets on if I actually have the springs or am I actually going to do it..

Just to let people know YES previous post is H&R lowered X power springs in the flesh

It’s been a roller coaster of a thing .

MG have been up and down with warranty issues ( the X power vibe )etc etc ..

What has been weighing in the back of my mind since I had the vibe fix is will they start looking for other issues.
( especially after market parts even though MG Australia has actually fitted these springs to one of their own X powers to hand ball around to car reviewers to gauge responses )

Which is why I have been SO indecisive about fitting them ..

I know they will make the car look better and I heard from some reviews they help make the handling a little better ( lower centre of gravity and firmer); not flat out coil over better ( which you can buy: coil overs for the X power) but a better driving experience..

salty will have a heart attack seeing this much cool looking orange

To be honest not fitted the bloody things yet, so don't know. Some are recognised by the car. Some need coding to the car. The ones I sent for, are supposedly ok for the MG4, and for 40 quid, I took a chance.
