MGS5 Emblem/Badge Removal

Hi,
Would like to know if anyone removed the MG badge front and back for MGS5.
For MG4, the front is indented. Is it the same for S5?

Looking at this picture of a used one, it appears to be flat where the badge sticks on.

I think 99% of all badges / emblems are fixed with adhesive foam tape these days.
Bit of gently heat from a hairdryer maybe enough on a newish car, or if that fails, they a length of strong dental floss, used in a sawing action under the badge will do the job.

Have scratches in the middle of the badge on the paint. Detailer told me he got to remove the badge to polish.
Will probably remove to polish then put it back.

So I went and did it and whilst I can confirm it is flat underneath, there is actually a hole behind the "m" that the badge hooks into. Gutted since it's the last letter I got to. I've removed the hexagon around the mg but had to put the "G" back on. Shame as would have looked super clean without it. Rear decals all come off easily enough

Annoyingly it is marks in the paint, luckily it's only plastic underneath
