MGS5 service plan information

Hi everyone we are changing our MG4 to MGS5 and wondering has anyone taken out a service plan and how much were you quoted. We took one out on our Trophy and as we haven’t had a service on that car as of yet. The only reason we have changed to the 5 is it’s a bit higher and therefore easier for me to get in and out of

For 5k miles/year. Not sure if mileage makes any difference.

I've seen a lot worse I suppose. I played around with different dealers and for 36 months, it idnd7t make much difference.

Thanks I nigh just go with pay as you go as I will have to cancel my present service plan and start again. There would be a full refund and then start again but the price will have gone up?.

I had a 3 year service plan with my dealer for my MG4 and had a year left including an MOT when I part exchanged it for the MGS5. For a £20 admin fee the transferred the plan and just charged me for the difference.

That looks the same as the quote I got for the MG4, I didn't think it looked that attractive so didn't bother. When I rang the dealer they quoted me £153 for the 2nd year low mileage service, so £65 cheaper than the plan.

Put in low mileage data, 6k miles pa and it came back with a standard mileage quote, think I'll give it a miss.
