Muted turn signal sound and infotainment reboot & camera doesn't come on – bug or software issue?

Hi guys,
I’ve been driving my first ever PHEV — an MG HS PHEV — and noticed a couple of odd things.

1st: Sometimes, the turn signal sound gets muted, and right at that moment, the infotainment system reboots (shows the helmet man logo). and then sound comes back on. today it happened twice and then sound came back on. Not sure if this is a software bug or if it needs an update or any precaution i can take to avoid it.

2nd: The reverse camera occasionally doesn’t come on — even if I try to access it from the infotainment menu. I think I might’ve figured this part out though. It usually happens when I restart the car after a short break and forget to release the brake or properly do not push the locking button on the gear stick, not sure though as sometimes i saw a mwssage on the dash saying like that. it's annoying.

Has anyone else experienced these issues? Wondering if it’s a known glitch or something that can be fixed with a software update.

Hi.
No1 yes, get it now and again (had car a year now and had it twice I think) rather than a tech glitch, think of it as a little quirk of the car, something to keep you on your toes lol.
No2 not personally, I find the camera one of the best of the many cars I have driven, quality is superb in my eyes. If reverse isn't correctly selected then it makes sense it doesn't come up on the screen. Even when the screen has blanked out the camera has always worked (I think?). Main concern for me of blanked out screen is the lack of heater controls until it comes to its senses.

I am assuming the mk1 version will be as up to date as it can be now, not expecting them to be do anymore up dates unless some issues comes to light and they are made to offer some form of update. A bit like an older mobile phone in that sense....

Hi. For number two i found this happend when i had the settings to turn the camera on auto at low speeds. Since i turned this off the cameras only come on when reversing or i press the button in the centre console.

I don't have that option or choice for the camera to control i guess. . I wanted a highest spec car when changing the brand and ended up getting trophy thinking it was the highest spec.

Try to start driving without pressing parking brake, gear stick switch etc. Car will move as ususal but camera will not come on whatever you do, frustrating.

Signal sound muted twice today.
