Navigation System Zs EV 2023

Only had vehicle 3 weeks taking time to get used to all and everything, just got to the satnav it does nothing I don't think it even knows where it is! I enter address press go says turn left and that's it nothing more even the map doesn't change, would welcome any help please. TIA

Use carplay or android auto, it's far superior and gets regular map updates..

Try holding down the home button until it does a reset (about 20 seconds) and see if it works after that.

GO INTO SETTINGS AND TURN OFF DEAD RECKONING AS PICT AS STATED. IT WILL THEN WORK
