Network not available

I have "network not available " messages when trying to set up a user (QR code does not appear) the signal icon has a cross above it. This doesn't alter if I change locations. My phone has a good signal in the same location. Dealer has not come back to me in over a week. Anyone one else having this issue? Any suggestions?

Select your home wifi and enter the password

I haven't tried but it should be possible. Will that help when I'm out on the road? Will the app connect?

Not on the road unless your wifi signal is verrrry strong but it might help you get the QR code when parked at home

QR code did appear and also 4g is now on 4 bars. Fingers crossed but I believe all functions are working.
