Mine occasionally says it can't find the car's GPS.

Possibly a mixture, but I’d assume it needs the GPS for location

Many years ago my brother went to a test match at Trent Bridge and parked his car nearby in one of the side streets making a careful mental note of where it was. Come the end of the match and they insisted everyone went out of a different entrance on the other side of the ground to the one he had entered by.
It only took him an hour and a half to find his car and I believe he used the exact same phrase ?

I once had to enlist the help of a policeman in the car park at the Almondvale Shopping Centre in Livingston. I really don't think my car has been nicked, officer, but given that I thought I parked it here, can you figure out where I did park it?

Amazingly enough, he came up trumps.

TIL - If you double tap the "Lock" button on the remote (and the car is already locked), the car starts beeping the horn every couple of seconds until you tap the button again.

I mention this as it might help someone who doesn't have their phone with them to tap the "Where the @#$%&! did I park?" button on the app.
