I will need a few answers to all my queries if possible:
1. look like the set up can be lock for only one driver and any possibility to lock it in between two drive , annoying to keep rekey in the information.
2. when you use the indicator to turn the camera only work only if car is at stop or near but the purpose of it shoul dbe available any time when driving not just at stop any way to correct that?
3. The phone charger platform is not very efficient it may start to charge but very fast stop , a gimmick alas!
4. teh apps MG has been disconnected and cant seems to reconnect . when in the car it link but the information in apps remain old with my car located elsewhere at a previous place parked
5. how to stop the security belt at the back alarm?

My thoughts as numbered by yourself:

1. Not really sure what the question is I'm afraid (translation error maybe?)
2 . There is no mechanism to adjust this. I'd assume that it works the way it does for safety reasons i.e. avoiding distraction.
3. May be down to your specific phone or the case it's in. Works perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy S25 in a case.
4. It may be down to phone signal strength but it's quite common to need more than one refresh before you get correct location information.
5. If there is no-one in the back of the car and no weight on the seats this would be a fault.

5. how to stop the security belt at the back alarm?

For our dog on the back seat just leave all the belts plugged in so that he does not set off the alarm.

That is the 'manual' solution.

Hadn't thought that there might be a setting to switch this off!

1. There are no user profiles. There is just the MG Pilot setup, which apples to all drivers.

Hope you are enjoying your ride!

1. Safety settings: You can use the MG Pilot. Do your changes, long press on MG Pilot to save that setting. Then everytime u start the car, you just pull down the screen and tap on MG Pilot. This will activate the settings you had previously saved.

2. 360 Camera Behaviour: I noticed the camera will stop working after a certain speed. I'd guess its a safety feature - I am trying to find a use case to look at the cameras while driving.

3. Phone charging efficiency: I realise it depends on the case, and the placement of the phone on the pad.

4. MG iSmart App: This is quite common unfortunately. Requires a refresh and quite a hit and miss.

5. Rear seat belt alarm: As long as you have passengers, the seatbelt needs to be on. I did see though on online shops those seat bet buckles only things.

It is a legal requirement for all occupants to use seat belts in the UK. They save so many lives.

Thanks for question one : we can lock the personal preference set up of the driver , question was can we have two driver set? but dont believe . In the same area is it possible to keep the set up locked in as everytime you start the car again you need to lock it again , being electronic it should be an option to keep it one lock unless driver change or style change MG should consider an upgrade here!
For the camera indicator while turning it is in fact really helpful to have it at least you have another option to assure no one on your side or have like most car a light in the side reflector even better that alert you immediately of someone is coming.
For the back seat if you place something heavy the alarm keep going , it should be an option to stop it as not regulation to place a belt on heavy bags
Wonder does MG production also read those comments , hope they do

1. Its only for one driver and there is no possibility of it automatically loading that profile every time. It has to be done manually.. I think this is to stay within regulations regarding the safety features, but not sure..
5. The car isnt smart enough to see the difference between heavy bag and child, and it is mandatory with seatbelt alarm. But just plug all the seat belts in and youre good, no more alarm (as mentioned by @Bam Bam )

Why? Just why?

In the case of dogs, they like to move around and change position. Often they will lie across different seats.

Dog is tethered to one of the slots but we leave the others plugged in permanently to stop the chiming.
