Heya,

I called through - did explain I had emailed on Monday and got an ooh sorry and that’s about it - least a sorry was offered!

Spoken to Ben and he said the same - they are showing as shortage, but that means it's a shortage at the port in terms of matching orders... He has said the car is built and on the way, just no VIN yet that's been shared...
He has said it'll be Feb delivery and may slip into the first week of March...
VINs should be known in the next 3 weeks...
So that's positive? I guess?

I was getting flashbacks of when the facelift ZS arrived and we were all on here wondering when our orders would arrive.

I think it was also the worry of updates and also for the app not being as up to date as other brands. For example I’d like the ability to use the action button on my iPhone to do something in the MG app.

So as time went on I was starting to think I should explore other options.

No harm in a step back to reconsider. You could also wait and see and then reorder if it turns out better than you fear.
