Pairing a phone with an MG4 Trophy

I wonder if any of you guys can help. My voice command keep telling me to pair my phone, but my phone is already paired and it's in the system, it just won't work. I would appreciate any advice. I feel it would be useful to use especially if you are driving and you don't have to take your eyes off the road.

You may have a problem with Bluetooth dropping the connection, which is a known fault. Software version R46 supposedly cures it.

Yes my phone stays connected to the car for a while even after I am in the house! Means videos sounds dont play!
