Parking Brake

when I press the parking button sometimes the back brakes shudder noise
Been back to dealers did not do it

Me and my wife (she has a ZS Hybrid + has well) have found this out has well.
My wife found out if you are in the reverse gear put the car into neutral first before applying the park button.
