Phone connection does not work

On 29 June 2022 bought my first MG Marvel R Performance
Great car.

Only since we bought we constantly have the problem that the system does not works with incoming phone calls from the Samsung Phone from my wife.
In the beginning she had a Samsung S20+ and since half a year the new Samsung S23 Ultra.

Car has been 4 times back to the dealer and the problem is still not fixed.

Very bad service from MG dealer Van Mossel to do nothing about the issue.

How is the phone connected, via Bluetooth or plugged into the USB port (Android Auto)? What about outgoing calls?
Does the same problem happen with a different phone brand?

Phone is connected with Bluetooth
We only have Samsung which is a top brand telephone
