Phone holder above USB port

Would love to have an extra "shelf" above USB ports to keep one of AA wireless boxes out of view and for a phone storage when I don't want it on the wireless charger below...
If I had a 3D printer, guess I would try printing a little something shaped like a tiny table to fit snuggly in the space ... but ...

Any ideas what could be used and look good?

I have used Velcro to attach my Carlinkit adapter above the wireless phone charger shelf. It’s not completely invisible, but it’s as neat as possible.
If I don’t want to actually charge my phone, I just move it slightly so it’s not doing so.
