It can be ... when you hit that one perfect shot into the green, to 2 feet from the flag. The rest of the time it's an exercise in self control - to refrain from throwing your clubs into the water hazard.

It's lots of fun . But the poor chap should have known his rules better. Under rule 16.1 (abnormal course conditions) you can have free relief to standing water on the fairway, green or bunker.
