Company I worked for up to retiring last year are based in Southampton in the Nursling Industrial estate so Ive been in the vicinity a few times.

Traditional afternoon tea on the Wealdon Rambler, Bluebell Railway.
A lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes, also hot sausage roll, plain and fruit scones with clotted cream and jam, tea or coffee, all while being pulled through the countryside by steam. Very enjoyable.

I adore Cullen Skink last taste of it was when we took the dog on his first ever road trip in the new S6 to Largs in February, possible the most dog friendly town in the world, so many bars, restaurants and cafes happy to let a mutt in, will be going back I can tell you.
