No, it doesn't power on, so I'm trying to figure out why.

A3: VF+ (front left)
A4: VB+ (rear left)
A5: HB- (rear right)
A6: HF- (front right)

A15: 12V
A16: GND


B6: CAN+
B12: CAN-

C5: Backup Camera
C7: 5V
C9: 12V
