Quirky sound from rear suspension

Hi. I've been using a m4 luxury (trophy) for 2 years and last week I noticed a squeak sound coming from rear suspension or axle idk. Mostly while drving in the city and passing over the bumps. What can the problem be?

Are you sure it's not the rear hatch as this seems a fairly common issue? Think a fix is putting tape round the latch.

I'll try it but sounds something like compressing a spring and then relasing it.
