Does anyone know whether one can switch off the radio? Every time I get in the car it’s always on!
Just press pause on the radio when you get out. When you get back in , it won't come on until you press play.Does anyone know whether one can switch off the radio? Every time I get in the car it’s always on!
When I start the car - sometimes it's on, sometimes it's off. I have not really figured out a pattern here.Really? I’ve turned it off or “paused” it every time I’ve got in…. Is that not the same thing?
Thanks AndyI don't know , I assumed it was on when you got out and locked. But I do know that if you pause it before you get out it will still be paused when you get back in . You can also do this by pressing the right hand joystick on the steering wheel to pause , and flick it up or down to play.
It’s ALWAYS on in my car…. I hate the radio! lolWhen I start the car - sometimes it's on, sometimes it's off. I have not really figured out a pattern here.
... and any other Media that you wish to play?Turn down the volume. It should only affect the radio
I'm pretty sure I have tried that but I couldn't hear my deezer music streaming. However, I will double check at some point later. Thanks Steve.Turn down the volume. It should only affect the radio
Excellent mpkwh. While I'm on..... FYI. We've just travelled to our holiday home for the first time this year. Fully charged battery, 94 miles and still got 70% left over with a possible 196 miles available. According to the app. Not bad considering time of year and outside temperatures today.
Id expect the use if another media to mute the radio input……unless it had a real dumbass design team involved... and any other Media that you wish to play?
I have a feeling you're correct but not had a chance to try it yet.As far as I remember, the Media volume control applies to BT Music, USB Music and Radio (and also Media via Android Auto). So if you reduce Radio volume you'll also reduce Music volume.
That just pauses it.If you go to the radio screen there is a stop button - two vertical lines.
Press that and the radio stops
I've come to the conclusion that that's the best option it seems.I have set the right hand Function Adjustment Button (1) to radio. When I entre I just press that to pause whatever is playing (radio or Podcasts from my phone) . Very useful. No messing with volume or anything.
