If you leave the car on but not going anywhere, energy usage is fairly low but it still hits your average speed as this is based on distance over on-time.

Average speed i think, it was a 16 mile drive in urban area with some dual carriageway at 60mph.
Eco mode.
I am normally around 2.9 as a rule.
