Recall charging breather

Just had a recall on my ZS re the charging breather wire. Assume this is the charging flap gizmo that pulses?

Strange as there is no recall on the UK Gov website https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/

Yes, that’s what I said to the dealer but he said it’s not always listed?
