Do we know what the difference is between the Jan 15th 2020 update and the latter released version and why the 15th Jan update was altered again ?.

No I've never been able to figure it out, no one seems to have noticed any difference.

I do wonder if it could just be a software build thing, and they've just rebuilt it effectively with the EU1 so the naming standard makes sense geographically maybe.
