Scheduled charging stops early

Any rolling ball needs to be started with the dealer who sold you the car. If it's a lease car then contact the lease company. If you have other finance on the car (e.g. PCP) then inform the finance company too - but it all starts with the seller.

If you are using a Smart Charger with your schedule start times selected on.. Then make sure that the charging schedule on the car is switched off ..As the two can conflict?

Ive still got my charging issues that the car only allows between 5-10% from my Ohme charger
but does seem to accept a full charge from the Granny Charger. Does anyone know how the drop down A/C menu on the car charging screen should work? Please see the attached photo below.
Can anyone help with this as I have tried to select the 16amp but it seems that the display defaults to 6 amps during the charge ..My charger screen shows that its delivering 15 amps I think that this could this be stopping the charge early.
