Security alarm settings

Does the alarm have sensors to detect movement inside the car when locked?
If it has can it be turned off but still lock the doors?
The reason I ask is that sometimes I have to lock the dogs inside the car and don't want the alarm going off when they move or leave the car unlocked with them inside.

Look at you key. Does it have three buttons? My EV has lock, unlock and sensor off. Helps if you have a dog as well.

I'll answer my own question. After emailing MG customer service this morning they have replied...

I can confirm that there are no motion sensors in the car. The alarm will mainly work through the immobiliser system when someone attempts entry or start the car with no key present.

So I can lock the dogs in
