Set up left hand steering wheel button

Tried to set up the button and a message saying reconnect, after the authorization. Any idea what it reconnect to? And why and what authorization?

I got it. The button is set to AA so need to plug in the phone.
However the button only switch to AA when press the star button. The button on the steering wheel does nothing.
