Slow Down! warning

Just recently a Slow Down warning comes up on the drivers screen every time I exceed 20mph. It's accompanied by a circular symbol which looks like a foot on the pedal and also a ding sound..
It's regardless of the speed limit, don't think I changed any setting and have tried turning various driving options off to no avail..

Can anyone help on how I can switch it off?

Sounds like the speed limit warning has been activated (menus under the middle-right button on the steering wheel), and/or you've selected Speed Limit mode (Car settings icon on the main screen).

That's the one.. somehow was set at 20mph.. never use this so God knows how it got set but anyway cleared now, cheers!
