Software upgrade for 2021 zs

I have recently bought Mg ZSTrophy late 2021 has ismart app I have a Solar system and got car to be able to use Solar during Day for free have a Zappi charger for solar but kept stopping shortly after starting charge was told by MG dealer that Software was no good for solar is there any other software that can go in car .(could have said before purchasing it ) any ideas anyone please

You might find your export tariff pays you more than you would pay on an overnight tariff soch as Octopus Go

Tried both programmed car and zappi different nights MG say software not suitable yet got ismart app ?

Hi Have had charger engineer and myenergi check and all say software problem but say can be fixed and spoke to mg but say Local Mg don't understand how to fix it

Mg don't seem interested now sold car so if can't be fixed will have to sell was hoping might get some ideas on here thanks for Help so far
