Speed Alert - always a default ?!!

Hello,
we took delivery of a new MG 4 Luxury 64 kw the other day. One aspect that immediately annoys me is that the speed alert sound chimes three times the moment I exceed the speed limit it believes to be in place. Of course I soon realised that I could turn this off but then, get back in the car and ... I have to again turn off this "safety" feature! Any ideas ? Will it get sorted in the R59 release (not yet available in France according to my dealer) ?
Apart from that, we are truly delighted

If your speed alert is on by default is due to EU regulation if it annoy you you have to turn it off any time you start the car (easy, is the first line in the mg pilot menu).
You are likely running on SWI133 build, R59 is for the older SWI68 one.

No way around if your car is registered past july 4th 2024. Is just the law.

he's not on about the speed limiter, he's on about the irritating speed limit sign overspeed alert.
