Steering rack preload adjustment

My 2022 zs ev long range trophy is making a rattle noise on the passenger side on bumpy roads at slower speeds and when turning left at slow speeds. No noise when turning right. I checked the inner tie rods and they are loose and have a bit of play along with the track rod ends. I've seen that some owners have cured the rattle from the steering rack by tightening the preload and using loctite on the thread. It doesn't seem to hard a job to do (famous last words ). Has anyone done this at home and have any pictures or documents etc?
