Steering wheel sticking

Just picked up my new MG 4 Se and noticed pretty quickly that the steering wheel sticks or slightly locks when I’m turning the steering wheel slightly? Not sure if this is something that needs to be looked at or if it’s something I can change in the cars settings?

Has anyone else had anything similar or might know what this is?

The car is going back soon because it has the under try bulge

I thought that but it happens randomly, I purposely drove closer to the lane edge and some times it didn’t happen. Is lane assist something that can be turned off or reduced?

Yes, you can turn it off in the settings. It isn’t a perfect system, so that might be why you are seeing this behaviour.
