Is the suspension bushing a warranty item or just classed as wear and tear?

Reason I ask is my MG5 is coming up to 3 years old and it got an advisory on it's first MOT for "Nearside Front Suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement" . Now the garage I had it serviced/MOT'd at is no longer an MG dealer but suggested it might be worth reporting to either their other garage (who is still an MG dealer) or another Dealer before the car actually hits the 3yr mark (which will be next week).

Also as a side note, i guess getting it serviced there may not have renewed the Mg assist unless they had their other garage record it on the MG system.

Edit: Cars done ~20k miles.

Before you go about a warranty claim you will find out if the car is still covered.

It’s not a requirement to have it serviced by a MG dealer if the works are done in time and according to MG’s maintenance procedures.

Given MG’s notorious inflexible around all things warranty related, the most promising avenue would be if you could convince your current dealer to update MG’s database.

Called their other garage, they said the service should be logged on MG's system although weren't sure if MG would cover the suspension based on the wording from the MOT (Because whilst it's showing signs of wear it's not failed).
