This is the replay today from uk customer service from the 22nd December asking them about the issue I ad with the app/car not responding waste of time contacting them it’s booked in on 28th this month for the issue I’ve only just noticed that the app is not showing out side temperature but it does in the car.

If the issue is solely related the ismart app, I would advise you to contact the ismart team at
[email protected].
However, if there are further issues with the vehicle I would advise to contact your nearest dealership for further investigation.
